Rest assured that all information entered on our website is fully protected and handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Please note that your credit card will only be charged once your transportation service (reservation) has been personally confirmed by Black Ibex Transportation LLC via email or phone.
Any unscheduled or additional stops during the service are subject to the driver’s discretion and must be arranged prior to the commencement of the service. Additional fees may apply for such stops.
For safety, compliance with state laws, and adherence to insurance regulations, drivers are strictly prohibited from exceeding the maximum number of passengers specified in your contract.
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all passengers, smoking and food consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that if you choose to cancel the service for any reason before or during the scheduled service, all payments made are non-refundable.
Prices may vary during special events or circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Holidays (e.g., New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter)
- Proms and graduations
- Peak travel periods and long-distance services
In the event of damage caused by the client, the following charges will apply:
- $300 for incidents involving vomiting
- $380 for cigarette burns
- $100 for gum found on vehicle carpeting
Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
