Company policy
- Rest assured, all information entered into our site is fully protected.
- You must pay in full in order to secure your reservation.
- Please note that your card will only be charged once we personally confirm your transportation service (reservation) via email or phone.
- Any unscheduled stops during the service are subject to the driver's discretion and must be pre-arranged prior to the commencement of the service. Additional fees may apply for such stops.
- For safety and compliance with state laws and insurance guidelines, our drivers are strictly prohibited from exceeding the maximum number of passengers stated in your contract.
- To maintain a pleasant environment for all passengers, smoking or consuming food is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Please note that if you choose to cancel the service for any reason before or during the scheduled service, your payment will not be refunded.
- Be advised that prices may vary during special events or circumstances, such as
- Holidays (i.e., New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter…)
- Proms and Graduations
- Peak Periods and Long Distances
- In the unfortunate event of damage caused by the client, charges will be applied accordingly. These charges include
- $300 for any incidents of vomiting
- $380 for cigarette burns
- $100 for gum found on the carpet.
